Customer Planner – ZF Transmissions, Gray Court, SC

With 117 plants in 26 countries, ZF is one of the world's leading automotive industry suppliers specializing in driveline and chassis technologies.

Job duties:

  • Create demand/production schedules for internal and external suppliers based on customer needs.
  • Create, maintain and improve information flow and ensure deliveries are made in the right quantity/quality, to the right time and the right location.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers.
  • Perform assigned product launch activities with suppliers.
  • Develop, monitor, analyze and/or improve KPIs (scorecards) for assigned logistics processes.


  • Five+ years' experience as a Production Scheduler/Planner in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive
  • Two+ years' experience working with customers in Planning/Logistics
  • High school diploma, 2-year degree preferred
  • Must be proficient with MS Excel/MS Office software
  • Must have strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Must have experience using SAP or a similar MRP system
  • German language skills a plus

Logistics Manager

Bosch Solar Energy, in conjunction with HTI Employment Solutions is currently seeking a Logistics Manager to establish and maintain the Logistics and Order Management functions for the division.

Bosch Solar Energy supplies first-class solar cells and modules with high annual yields, even under sub-optimal levels of sunlight. The fundamental basis for such efficient operation consists of state-of-the-art production equipment and highly effective processes. Since 2009, Bosch has also been constructing turn-key solar power plants to order, which feature fully developed technologies with corresponding operating efficiency. This Bosch can guarantee thanks to optimally matched components. As a system provider, Bosch plans to offer clients in the mid-term all components required to build a photovoltaic power plant and thus supply everything clients need from a single source: Bosch.


  • Responsible for order management and logistics functions for Bosch Solar Energy Corporation and BSE PV LLC.
  • Function as a key business partner to the Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Support and Engineering organizations.
  • Design, implementation and maintenance of core logistics processes (Fulfillment, Returns, and Refurbishment)
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of sales order management (from Purchase Order to Invoicing) thus ensuring adherence to customer service level agreements.
  • System Administrator for the SAP ERP system for the entire company, including integration.
  • Defining the specs for the processes and then managing the processes for both Logistics and Billing.

Competencies and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree – Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics/customer service.
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel, MS Office Suite and general computer knowledge.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills required. Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work with all levels of personnel and interact with senior management. Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP a strong plus.
  • Supervisory/Management skills required.

Manufacturing Inventory Control Manager

Hubbell Lighting, Incorporated (HLI) is growing, financially stable Company headquartered in Greenville, SC. HLI manufacturers quality residential, commercial and industrial lighting fixtures for a diverse customer base and is a recognized leader within our industry. We are currently seeking a talented Manufacturing Inventory Control Manager to join our HQ Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of inventory management improvements utilizing strong MRP and process improvement skill sets.

Position Overview:

This position provides oversight of the Inventory Management process for the Lighting Division. Provides detailed analysis of inventory and inventory trends, works to establish continuing improvement of inventory for the organization and coordinates with Manufacturing and other internal parties to successfully implement change.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establish standardized policies and procedures for manufacturing site inventory supply chains
  • Implement collaborative replenishment systems with key suppliers to increase inventory turns
  • Analyze inventory trends and parameters to identify and implement opportunities to minimize inventory risk
  • Work closely on site at manufacturing facilities in US and Mexico to implement strategies and improvements

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 5 (+) years of experience in inventory management for a manufacturing firm
  • Previous experience with an MRP (Materials Resource Planning) tool. Specific experience with SAP is a strong plus.
  • APICS or equivalent certification
  • BS degree in Operations Management or related field

Additional Information:

This position involves approximately 50% travel within the US and Mexican border locations.

COMMODITY BUYER (CASTINGS) - Bosch Rexroth - Fountain Inn, SC

Full-time, permanent position with full benefits, relocation assistance available

This buyer will be the responsible for this commodity field on a corporate level - for all North American plants.

Job duties:

  • Determine strategy for these commodities at a corporate level
  • Analyze quotations received, recommend, and select suppliers
  • Manage all commercial aspects of assigned supplier relations
  • Review existing contracts/establish new contracts
  • Create and release purchase orders and maintain supplier and part number data in SAP system
  • Study market trends and suppliers, recommending sources of supply
  • Participate in annual business planning process for responsible commodities

Travel - 25%, mostly in the States, 1-2x/year to Mexico and Germany


  • Must have 4-year degree - Business, Supply Chain or Engineering
  • Must have 4+ years experience purchasing grey iron, ductile and aluminum die castings (direct materials) in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
  • Must be able to read engineering drawings
  • Must have SAP experience, must be proficient with MS Office software
  • Must have or be eligible to acquire a U.S. Passport.
