ISM-CV Upper South Carolina Chapter “Six Sigma and Lean Applications” Presented by In this seminar, “Six Sigma and Lean Applications” you will gain a better understanding of the challenges, strategies, and components of Six Sigma and Lean Applications which will increase the likelihood of positive results for you and your supply chain. Six Sigma and Lean Applications consists of Project Selection, Team Charter Development, Identifying Cost Savings and Quality Improvements, Analysis, Measurement, Improvement, Control and Replication. The seminar will also include the roles and responsibilities of championing successful project/projects for you or your supply chain. Participants will learn how to write a Project Scope and identify the best tool to be used for the improvement. Examples will be provided and discussed. Biographical Summary As Heil’s new Chief Quality Officer (CQO), Crista Stamper is responsible for improving the company’s quality infrastructure, while providing leadership and direction for lean manufacturing initiatives and Six Sigma processes. She helps facilitate and guide every part of the business in continuous improvement activities. An important aspect of her role is to integrate Voice of Customer (VOC) input into Heil’s business systems in order to improve products and services. Stamper has extensive experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodology, program management and manufacturing. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Ferris State College and a Master’s of Business Administration from Oakland City University. She is also adjunct instructor at Bethel College, Chattanooga, TN.
